Our meetings are held twice a month. The 1st Thursday of each month is our Business Meeting at 7:00 PM in the Knights of Columbus room. The 3rd Thursday is our Social Meeting with various family and educational programs. (The Social Meeting does not always take place. Please check the Saint Clare Calendar to see when events take place).

Assisi Council was founded in 1990 through the efforts of the our Pastor Father Timothy Kandel, our first Grand Knight William R. Cavins and the people of Saint Clare. It is named after the city in Italy, which is where our Patroness Saint Clare, a follower of Saint Francis, was from.
Assisi Council works closely with the Saint Clare Catholic Community in Deltona, providing funds for various projects, aiding the Church where needed, assisting our Pastor and by our members being active participants in their parish and community.
